If both the applicant and co-applicant’s incomes are considered for the loan, income proofs for both are required as follows.

KYC Documents

1. Photo
2. Pan card
3. Aadhar card/Driving License/Voter card/Passport/Property Tax not older than 1 year/Allotment order from employer, NREGA Job card

Income Proofs

4. Latest 3-month pay slips/Bonus credited pay slips also..
5. Latest 6-month bank statement for the salary credited account.
6. Form-16 for the past 1 or 2 years

If the co-applicant's income is not considered for the loan, the required documents are as follows.
1. Photo
2. Pan card
3. Aadhar card Aadhar card/Driving License/Voter card/Passport/Property Tax not older than 1 year/Allotment order from employer, NREGA Job card.

Relationship Proof: Aadhar card/ Driving License/ Voter card/ Passport / Marriage certificate or Affidavit

Additional Income proofs

1. Rental income: One-year bank statement showing rental income credited, along with the Rental Agreement or Lease Agreement.
2. Interest form banks/NBFCs: Fixed Deposit (FD) certificate and a one-year bank statement showing interest credited.
